01Ordering from the UK · Delivered in Los Angeles
A gift from the UK to Los Angeles does not cross a border, a state line or an ocean: it is assembled a few miles from where it will be received. Place the order before 11 a.m. Pacific and it can be at the recipient's address that same afternoon. You are charged in US dollars, and your recipient pays nothing on arrival — no customs, no duty, no import fee.

Ordering from abroad
A sender in Britain orders in pounds sterling at home and is billed in US dollars here; the postcode belongs to the billing side and nothing else. There is one clock to reckon with — 11 a.m. Pacific falls at seven in the evening in London during British Summer Time — so most British orders are placed after work for the following Los Angeles day.
Whether you hold a British card or simply live in the UK, checkout treats you as any other customer. It asks for two addresses and keeps them distinct: street address, town and postcode for the buyer, a Los Angeles address for the recipient — and everything about timing, cost and same-day is settled by the latter.
The address your bank knows, with your postcode.
Their street, apartment number, town within the Los Angeles area, ZIP and a contact telephone.
The item is not accepted until a Los Angeles delivery day is picked and the card is written.
Before you choose
Enter the recipient's five-digit Los Angeles ZIP code to see the dates currently offered. Availability and the final delivery charge are confirmed when you order.
Currency and payment
Every price on the site is in US dollars and the charge to your card is in US dollars. California sales tax and the address-specific delivery charge are shown before you pay. Your bank or card issuer converts the USD total to pounds sterling at its own exchange rate and may add its own fee — the site does not quote a GBP total. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, are the payment marks shown at checkout; all accept British billing addresses.
Delivery timing
The same-day window closes at 11:00 a.m. in Los Angeles — 7:00 pm GMT+1 in the UK. Miss it and the earliest slot the checker will show is tomorrow's; the recipient's ZIP also has to be one that offers same-day. These conversions were worked out for 2026-09-12 with daylight saving applied where it applies; the live line underneath reads your own device.

The card
The greeting card is required on every product page and prints exactly what you type, accents included. Put the message on the card, never in the address fields.
Relevant languages: English; the card prints Latin characters, as used in English. Billing, name and delivery-address fields have been tested with Latin characters only.
What British senders choose
British senders behave much like American ones, with one visible habit: they reach for a bouquet without any bottle attached about half again as often. Wrapped stems lead their choices, hat boxes trail the US pattern, roses run a little ahead of it, and the typical completed order sits around $107 — a benchmark rather than a budget. In detail: an autumn-toned mixed rose bunch tops the British list, then a cottage-style bouquet of Peruvian lilies, an enchanting rose mix, a pink passion rose bouquet and a blushing-notes rose arrangement — five bouquets, no box, no bottle, in a nation whose senders skip the bottle more than most.
Champagne and wine gifts are for recipients 21+ — California's legal drinking age. Photo ID is checked at the door, and the gift goes back if no one of age can sign for it.
After you order
Order tracking needs the purchasing email and the recipient's ZIP; freshly placed orders register after a few minutes.
Have the order number handy and get in touch; the desk is staffed 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Eastern, which is United Kingdom: 1:00 pm–1:00 am GMT+1 (crosses midnight).
Anything containing champagne, wine or spirits is handed to a grown adult who is present, as California and federal rules require; ID can be requested at the door. Recipients must be 21+ (the legal drinking age in California); the driver checks photo ID at the door.
Sending somewhere particular?
Same ordering rules. Each page shows that destination's own delivery terms and what people there send.

They can whenever the venue is open to deliveries. State the establishment, the room, desk or ward number and a phone contact; with hospitals, ring the ward beforehand because a few do not allow flowers.
Only a little: bouquets alone, without champagne or wine, come up about half again as often, and hat boxes somewhat less. Everything else tracks the American pattern.
It is early evening in Britain — 7 p.m. in summer, 7 p.m. GMT in winter — so an order placed before dinner reaches a Los Angeles recipient the same day.
