What goes in the postal-code box if the UAE does not use them?
Nothing, or a P.O. Box if you have one — either is accepted for a the UAE billing address. Only the recipient's five-digit ZIP is needed, in the delivery address and in the checker.
Is a Arabic card message possible?
In Latin letters, yes: transliterate the message and it is printed as entered. We have not yet confirmed that Arabic comes through the printer intact.
Is there anything for the recipient to pay when the flowers arrive?
Nothing at all. Because the arrangement is made and delivered inside Los Angeles it never passes through customs, so no duty or import fee exists, and the delivery cost is yours, shown before payment.
Is it possible to book a delivery for later in the month?
It is. Run the recipient's ZIP through the checker, then select whichever open date suits on the product page — thinking in Los Angeles dates, since that is where the flowers land.
What about a business address or a patient in hospital?
Both are fine when the premises accept deliveries. Include the organisation's name, the exact room, suite or ward, and a contact number the driver can use — and for hospitals, check with the ward first, as some refuse flowers.
