The form asks for a ZIP — I have a código postal. Which is right?
Each in its own place. Billing takes your código postal; delivery takes the recipient's ZIP, and that ZIP is also what the checker above reads.
Does the card accept Spanish?
It is: whatever you type in Latin characters, as used in Spanish is printed as written, accented letters and all. Just keep it to the card, not the address boxes.
Do you charge the recipient for delivery or import?
No. Delivery is included in what you pay, and since the flowers are grown, arranged and delivered inside Los Angeles there is nothing to import — no duty, no customs, no fee at the door.
What about a business address or a patient in hospital?
Both are fine when the premises accept deliveries. Include the organisation's name, the exact room, suite or ward, and a contact number the driver can use — and for hospitals, check with the ward first, as some refuse flowers.
Is a bottle with the bouquet an option from abroad?
It is. Wine, champagne and whiskey gifts are delivered under California and federal rules: an adult recipient, identification on request, and any extra requirements the law sets. If in doubt, pick the flowers-only version.
