01Ordering from South Korea · Delivered in Los Angeles
From South Korea, you choose; in Los Angeles, we build and bring it. Florists in Los Angeles put the arrangement together and take it to the recipient themselves, and an order placed ahead of 11 a.m. Pacific is eligible to arrive that very day. The bill is in US dollars; nothing is collected from the recipient, and no customs or import charge exists because nothing is imported.

How the order goes through
South Korean addresses carry a five-digit postal code with district and city; won convert on the card. Seoul is sixteen hours ahead — the 11 a.m. cutoff is 3 a.m. the following day — and Hangul has not been verified on the card printer, so a romanised message is the reliable one.
Anyone with a South Korean billing address can order. Checkout keeps two addresses apart: yours — street address, district, city or province and five-digit postal code — is the billing address, and theirs is the delivery address. Only the recipient's address decides the delivery date, the charge and whether same-day is possible.
Your own details, postal code and all, matching the statement.

The day the flowers should arrive (Los Angeles time) and the greeting — neither can be skipped.
Dates for their address
Key in the destination ZIP, five digits within the Los Angeles area, and the available days are listed at once. The fee for that address is confirmed during checkout.
The charge on your card
The storefront quotes US dollars and bills US dollars; the sales tax California applies and the delivery fee for that particular address are both displayed ahead of payment. The South Korean won figure on your statement is set by your card provider's exchange rate, possibly with a foreign-transaction charge; the storefront never shows a KRW price. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, are the payment marks shown at checkout; all accept South Korean billing addresses.
Cut-off and clocks
11 a.m. Pacific is the deadline for a same-day order — 3:00 am GMT+9 in South Korea. Past it, the next open Los Angeles date is what the checker returns, and a ZIP outside the same-day zone will never show the current day. Figures were calculated for 2026-09-12, clocks adjusted for daylight saving at both ends; today's cutoff on your own clock appears just below.

What you write
The greeting card is a required step on every product page and prints exactly what you type. Relevant languages: Korean.
Hangul has not yet been verified through our card print path. Write the message in Latin letters, or transliterate it, and it prints as typed — accents included.
Billing, name and delivery-address fields have been tested with Latin characters only. The message belongs on the card, never in the address fields: the driver reads the address, the recipient reads the card.
What people send to Los Angeles
South Korea's senders are a small group in our history, so the gifts shown are the ones Los Angeles as a whole sends most rather than a Korean ranking.
Champagne and wine gifts are for recipients 21+ — California's legal drinking age. Photo ID is checked at the door, and the gift goes back if no one of age can sign for it.
Afterwards
Order tracking needs the purchasing email and the recipient's ZIP; freshly placed orders register after a few minutes.
Have the order number handy and get in touch; the desk is staffed 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Eastern, which is South Korea: 9:00 pm–9:00 am GMT+9 (crosses midnight).
Anything containing champagne, wine or spirits is handed to a grown adult who is present, as California and federal rules require; ID can be requested at the door. Recipients must be 21+ (the legal drinking age in California); the driver checks photo ID at the door.

Questions senders ask
If something about the order or the delivery address is unclear, ask — a person will answer.
Ask Los Angeles Blooms ↗It will, provided it carries one of the marks named in the payment section. USD is what we bill; the South Korean won amount you see later is your bank's conversion, possibly with a charge on top.
Both, in different places: your postal code in your billing address, the recipient's five-digit ZIP code in the delivery address and in the checker on this page.
Romanised, yes — the Latin-letter version prints precisely. Hangul itself has not been tested on our card path, so we cannot promise it.
It is. Run the recipient's ZIP through the checker, then select whichever open date suits on the product page — thinking in Los Angeles dates, since that is where the flowers land.
Yes, on a day the location receives deliveries. Add the building or organisation, the room, ward or suite, and a phone number the driver can call. For a hospital, confirm the ward accepts flowers first.
Before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the delivery day. The table above gives that moment in South Korea's time, and the live line on this page shows today's cutoff on your own clock.
