Will the card print properly in English?
Yes — Latin characters, as used in English prints faithfully, accents preserved. The only rule is that the message lives on the card, never in an address line.
Is there anything for the recipient to pay when the flowers arrive?
Nothing at all. Because the arrangement is made and delivered inside Los Angeles it never passes through customs, so no duty or import fee exists, and the delivery cost is yours, shown before payment.
How far ahead can I schedule the flowers?
