01Ordering from Serbia · Delivered in Los Angeles
You are in Serbia; the person you are sending to is in Los Angeles. Los Angeles Blooms prepares the flowers here in the city and hand-delivers them to their door — same day when the order is in by 11 a.m. Pacific. Nothing travels far: the arrangement is made and carried within Los Angeles. You are charged in US dollars, and your recipient pays nothing on arrival — no customs, no duty, no import fee.

How the order goes through
Serbia's poštanski broj and city complete a billing address; dinars convert on the card. Belgrade is nine hours ahead in summer, so the 11 a.m. Pacific cutoff is 8 p.m. Serbian time. Serbian is written in both alphabets: the Latin one prints on the card as typed, and Cyrillic has not been verified on the printer.
A card registered in Serbia is all it takes. The form separates the two ends of the gift: the purchaser's street address, poštanski broj and city on one side, the recipient's Los Angeles details on the other — and it is the second that governs when the flowers arrive and what the delivery costs.
Your own details, poštanski broj and all, matching the statement.
Full Los Angeles-area address with ZIP, plus a phone the courier can reach.
The day the flowers should arrive (Los Angeles time) and the greeting — neither can be skipped.
Dates for their address
The five-digit ZIP of the person receiving the flowers decides everything: put it here and the dates that can be booked appear. Delivery pricing is settled when the order is placed.
The charge on your card
Every price on the site is in US dollars and the charge to your card is in US dollars. California sales tax and the address-specific delivery charge are shown before you pay. Your bank or card issuer converts the USD total to Serbian dinars at its own exchange rate and may add its own fee — the site does not quote a RSD total. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, are the payment marks shown at checkout; all accept Serbian billing addresses.
Cut-off and clocks
Same-day delivery needs the order in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day — 8:00 pm GMT+2 in Serbia, and the recipient's ZIP has to offer that day. Computed for 2026-09-12, daylight-saving aware on both sides; the line below uses today's date and your device's clock. After the cutoff the checker offers the next available Los Angeles date — choose the recipient's date, not your own.

What you write
The greeting card is a required step on every product page and prints exactly what you type. Relevant languages: Serbian.
Serbian Cyrillic has not yet been verified through our card print path. Write the message in Latin letters, or transliterate it, and it prints as typed — accents included.
Billing, name and delivery-address fields have been tested with Latin characters only. The message belongs on the card, never in the address fields: the driver reads the address, the recipient reads the card.
What people send to Los Angeles
Serbian senders are a small group; the gifts listed are Los Angeles's most-sent.
Champagne and wine gifts are for recipients 21+ — California's legal drinking age. Photo ID is checked at the door, and the gift goes back if no one of age can sign for it.
Afterwards
The tracking page takes the email you bought with and the destination ZIP; very recent purchases may not be listed immediately.
Send a message with the order number; agents are available 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Eastern, Serbia: 2:00 pm–2:00 am GMT+2 (crosses midnight).
California and federal statutes apply: an adult must receive the bottle in person, and the person delivering it may ask for proof of age. Recipients must be 21+ (the legal drinking age in California); the driver checks photo ID at the door.

Questions senders ask
If something about the order or the delivery address is unclear, ask — a person will answer.
Ask Los Angeles Blooms ↗Yes, any card with a mark from the payment section, registered to a Serbia address. Billing is in dollars; the Serbian dinars equivalent is fixed by your card issuer's exchange rate, and an issuer fee is possible.
Yours — the poštanski broj — in the billing section; the recipient's five-digit ZIP in the delivery section, and in the checker on this page.
In Latin letters it does; type the message romanised and it prints exactly. Serbian Cyrillic has not been checked on the card printer, so we do not promise it.
As far as the calendar on the product page allows once the recipient's ZIP has been checked. The date you pick is the Los Angeles delivery day, so allow for any difference from your own.
They can whenever the venue is open to deliveries. State the establishment, the room, desk or ward number and a phone contact; with hospitals, ring the ward beforehand because a few do not allow flowers.
