01Ordering from Norway · Delivered in Los Angeles
From Norway, you choose; in Los Angeles, we build and bring it. Florists in Los Angeles put the arrangement together and take it to the recipient themselves, and an order placed ahead of 11 a.m. Pacific is eligible to arrive that very day. You are charged in US dollars, and your recipient pays nothing on arrival — no customs, no duty, no import fee.

How the order goes through
Norway uses a four-digit postnummer with the billing address and kroner on the statement; the card converts the dollar charge. Oslo is nine hours ahead in summer, putting the 11 a.m. Pacific cutoff at 8 p.m. Norwegian time. Æ, ø and å print on the card as typed.
Whether you hold a Norwegian card or simply live in Norway, checkout treats you as any other customer. It asks for two addresses and keeps them distinct: street address, postnummer and city for the buyer, a Los Angeles address for the recipient — and everything about timing, cost and same-day is settled by the latter.
As your card issuer has it, postnummer included.
Street, unit or suite, the Los Angeles city, the five-digit ZIP, and a phone number the driver can call.
Both are required on the product page before Add to Cart works.
Dates for their address
Key in the destination ZIP, five digits within the Los Angeles area, and the available days are listed at once. The fee for that address is confirmed during checkout.
The charge on your card
Every price on the site is in US dollars and the charge to your card is in US dollars. California sales tax and the address-specific delivery charge are shown before you pay. Your bank or card issuer converts the USD total to Norwegian kroner at its own exchange rate and may add its own fee — the site does not quote a NOK total. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, are the payment marks shown at checkout; all accept Norwegian billing addresses.
Cut-off and clocks
To arrive today, an order must be placed by 11:00 a.m. Los Angeles time — 8:00 pm GMT+2 in Norway, into a ZIP that supports same-day. The hour stated was derived for 2026-09-12 allowing for summer time on either side; beneath this paragraph your own browser works out the equivalent for the current day. Later orders roll to the following available date.

What you write
The greeting card is required on every product page and prints exactly what you type, accents included. Put the message on the card, never in the address fields.
Relevant languages: Norwegian, English; the card prints Latin characters, as used in Norwegian. Billing, name and delivery-address fields have been tested with Latin characters only.
What Norwegian senders choose
Norwegian orders are all bouquets — a sunrise mix, tea roses, a daydream rose bouquet, daisies, berry lilies — ranked from Norway's own purchases. Too few completed orders to state a median honestly. Norway's five are all bunches: a blossoming-sunrise mixed bouquet, the Parisian tea-rose bouquet, a daydream-fantasy rose bouquet, pink-and-purple daisies and a berry-crush lily bouquet.
Champagne and wine gifts are for recipients 21+ — California's legal drinking age. Photo ID is checked at the door, and the gift goes back if no one of age can sign for it.
Afterwards
Order tracking asks for your email and the recipient's ZIP. A brand-new order can take a little while to appear.
Contact us with your order number; support runs 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Eastern — Norway: 2:00 pm–2:00 am GMT+2 (crosses midnight).
Champagne, wine and whiskey pairings go only to an adult who can accept them in person, under California and federal law; the driver may ask for identification. Recipients must be 21+ (the legal drinking age in California); the driver checks photo ID at the door.
No signature unless stated; flowers may be left in a safe place or with a concierge. Give a phone number the driver can call.

Choose the city the flowers are going to; its page carries the timing that applies there and the arrangements sent there most often.
Questions senders ask
If something about the order or the delivery address is unclear, ask — a person will answer.
Ask Los Angeles Blooms ↗Yes, any card with a mark from the payment section, registered to a Norway address. Billing is in dollars; the Norwegian kroner equivalent is fixed by your card issuer's exchange rate, and an issuer fee is possible.
Yours — the postnummer — in the billing section; the recipient's five-digit ZIP in the delivery section, and in the checker on this page.
It does. Text in Latin characters, as used in Norwegian is printed just as you enter it, accents and all — on the card, not in an address field.
They can whenever the venue is open to deliveries. State the establishment, the room, desk or ward number and a phone contact; with hospitals, ring the ward beforehand because a few do not allow flowers.
It is. Run the recipient's ZIP through the checker, then select whichever open date suits on the product page — thinking in Los Angeles dates, since that is where the flowers land.
No — the bouquet never crosses a border, so there are no customs, duties or fees to collect, and delivery is already paid by you at checkout.
Choose the flowers, then confirm their Los Angeles delivery date.
