01Ordering from Chile · Delivered in Los Angeles
A gift from Chile to Los Angeles does not cross a border, a state line or an ocean: it is assembled a few miles from where it will be received. Place the order before 11 a.m. Pacific and it can be at the recipient's address that same afternoon. Payment is taken in dollars, and the person receiving the flowers owes nothing — no duty, no fees, no surprise at the door.

How the order goes through
Chile has two clocks — the mainland and Magallanes in the far south, which keeps summer time all year — so the 11 a.m. Pacific cutoff is mid-afternoon in Santiago and Punta Arenas alike, an hour apart in the Chilean winter. Comuna, región and código postal on the billing side; pesos convert on the card.
Whether you hold a Chilean card or simply live in Chile, checkout treats you as any other customer. It asks for two addresses and keeps them distinct: street address, comuna, región and código postal for the buyer, a Los Angeles address for the recipient — and everything about timing, cost and same-day is settled by the latter.
The address your bank knows, with your código postal.
Their street, apartment number, town within the Los Angeles area, ZIP and a contact telephone.
The item is not accepted until a Los Angeles delivery day is picked and the card is written.
Dates for their address
The five-digit ZIP of the person receiving the flowers decides everything: put it here and the dates that can be booked appear. Delivery pricing is settled when the order is placed.
The charge on your card
Pricing is in USD throughout and the transaction is settled in USD — tax for California and the delivery cost for the recipient's address are itemised before you confirm. Expect your issuer to translate the amount into Chilean pesos at the rate it applies that day, sometimes plus a fee of its own — we quote in USD only, never in CLP. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, are the payment marks shown at checkout; all accept Chilean billing addresses.
Cut-off and clocks
With 2 zones inside Chile, "before 11 a.m. in Los Angeles" means something different in each. Look up your row below; the line beneath it calculates today's deadline from your own clock. The support desk's 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Eastern hours are translated the same way.
Order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time for same-day delivery in Los Angeles.
| Where you are | Order by, for same-day | Support hours in your time |
|---|---|---|
| Mainland Chile | 3:00 pm GMT-3 | 9:00 am–9:00 pm GMT-3 |
| Magallanes | 3:00 pm GMT-3 | 9:00 am–9:00 pm GMT-3 |
Conversions are daylight-saving aware on both sides, computed for 2026-09-12. After the cutoff, the checker offers the next available Los Angeles date — choose the recipient's date, not your own.

What you write
A card comes with every arrangement; whatever you write is reproduced as typed, diacritics and all. Keep the note to the card — an address box is read by the courier, not the recipient.
Relevant languages: Spanish; the card prints Latin characters, as used in Spanish. Billing, name and delivery-address fields have been tested with Latin characters only.
What people send to Los Angeles
Chilean senders are a small group; the gifts listed are Los Angeles's own favourites.
Champagne and wine gifts are for recipients 21+ — California's legal drinking age. Photo ID is checked at the door, and the gift goes back if no one of age can sign for it.
Afterwards
Tracking works from the email on the order plus the recipient's ZIP; allow a short delay after purchase.
Write to us quoting the order number, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern — Mainland Chile: 9:00 am–9:00 pm GMT-3 · Magallanes: 9:00 am–9:00 pm GMT-3.
A champagne, wine or whiskey pairing is released only to an adult who is there to receive it, and drivers are entitled to check identification, as California and federal law require. Recipients must be 21+ (the legal drinking age in California); the driver checks photo ID at the door.
Signature-free by default: the arrangement can be left in a sheltered spot or with building staff. A phone number the driver can dial helps.

Questions senders ask
If something about the order or the delivery address is unclear, ask — a person will answer.
Ask Los Angeles Blooms ↗They are — all of the marks shown in the payment section, for a billing address in Chile. The transaction is in US dollars and your issuer turns it into Chilean pesos at its rate, sometimes with a foreign-transaction fee.
Your código postal belongs to the billing address; the recipient's five-digit ZIP belongs to the delivery address — and it is the ZIP the checker on this page wants.
It is: whatever you type in Latin characters, as used in Spanish is printed as written, accented letters and all. Just keep it to the card, not the address boxes.
We will, as long as the building takes deliveries that day. Name the company, hotel or hospital, give the suite, room or ward, and leave a telephone number; wards do not all accept flowers, so ask the hospital before ordering.
No. The flowers are prepared and delivered within Los Angeles, so there is no customs charge, duty, import fee or payment on arrival. The delivery charge is shown to you before you pay.
11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day itself — converted for Chile in the table above, and recalculated for today on your own device by the live line.
